Head Chef, writer and food and beer pairing expert Paul Kasten will be matching six delicious courses with handpicked brews from six different Oregon breweries that have never poured in Australia. Paul has personally teamed up with friends, brewers and industry heavy-weights from Oregon to source the best, most innovative, interesting and palate-tingling brews to match with expertly designed food that showcases everything glorious about beer.
Do barley wines and mixed culture saisons excite you? Do fresh, direct-from-Oregon air-freighted IPA’s get you drooling? Do rare, spontaneously fermented lambics and barrel aged stouts have you in an absolute tizzy? Then you should definitely book a ticket to experience it all!
An expertly designed degustation paired with never-before-seen-in-Australia Oregon craft beers, for an evening of deliciousness and camaraderie with your fellow beer nerds? What’s not to love?!
We offer vegetarian options with every course and can cater to most dietary requirements (obviously not coeliacs disease, sorry). We usually aim to have the night wrapped up by 11pm but as always, all guests are welcome to stay back and buy more of your favourite beers from the degustation for an epic night out!
